Hidden away on a back street west of the Palais des Papes, this low-key seafood restaurant is a welcomed surprise. Not only does La Petite Pêche dish up delicious fish and seafood, ranging from grilled calamari to a traditional Provençal fish soup, prices here are also supremely wallet-friendly. The three-course lunch menu—which changes often runs along the lines of sardine-topped salad, followed by grilled merlan (whiting) with homemade ratatouille, and topped off with crème brulée—is a steal at 12€.
