Paddleboats & Electric Boats -- Paddleboats and little electric boats are available for rent at the Inner Harbor, adjacent to the World Trade Center. Hours vary according to season. Paddleboats, some built like dragons, cost $10 to $16 per half-hour per boat, depending on the number of people riding. Not that energetic? A half-hour ride on an electric boat will run $12 for two passengers or $18 for three.
