Since its opening in 1991, this pub/dance club/piano bar has grown like kudzu, and remarkably, remained popular. The dance club is state of the art, with a massive video wall, laser lighting system, and fog effects for when the night gets truly frenzied. On Mondays and Wednesdays those who think Broadway show tunes and old standards are the height of after-dark fun are treated to a lively piano bar that attracts both a gay and straight crowd (that could be said for the entire venue, actually). In all, Grand Central has five bars, a lounge, outside patio, and dance floor—so there's plenty of room to get rowdy or just relax. Regular events include Karaoke nights, happy hours, and leather nights.
