This laid-back bar in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel features cool jazz played from 9pm nightly by a very competent band of musicians. You're most likely to hear jazz standards played here, and with the top-class service and atmospheric bamboo decor, it makes a great spot for an after-dinner drink. The faux leopard- and tiger-skin seats may not be in the best taste, but they add an unusual, quasi-African touch to this classic Bangkok nightspot.
