The one thing you need to know before heading to Khua Kling Pak Sod is that the food is unapologetically spicy. And not just reach-for-another-glass-of-water spicy but five-alarm hot, which, according to the owner, is just how southern Thai food should be. With taste buds property prepared, try the dry curry with pork, stewed pork in sweet sauce, yellow curry, and fried rice with dried shrimp.
