On the Thonburi side of the river is this funky, converted warehouse serving sophisticated, modern takes on Thai food. Duangrit Bunnag, Bangkok’s best-known architect of Jam Factory and Warehouse 30 fame, designed the space. He carefully preserved much of the original structure, adding industrial lighting, plants, and an open kitchen. The surprising pairing of cubed watermelon with dried fish flakes shines as does the braised pork belly with duck eggs. Cocktails are innovative and designed to pair well with the food. Tip: Plates are massive, so to keep prices in the moderate category share them.
