★ INTERNATIONAL[em]With flat whites and avocado toasts coming from the kitchen and the breezy, light wood and whitewashed walls, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’d gone for brunch in Sydney. Toby’s has a dinner menu, too, but there are better places in town to blow your baht on spaghetti and Western dishes.
