★★ AMERICAN[em]At this 20-seater restaurant atop the Mikkeller beer bar, a 10-course set menu is expertly paired with craft beers from the famed Danish brewhouse. A rotating cast of dishes highlights gourmet American food (the work of chef Dan Bark, formerly of the popular Grace Restaurant in Chicago), like carrots with pomelo and fennel, roasted duck with beats, black garlic, and pumpkin, and a wagyu beef served with truffle. In true Danish fashion, the dining room is minimally decorated, predominately white in color, and a touch Mid-Century Modern. Downstairs the bar has craft beers on tap and opens to a lush garden making it a perfect place for a nightcap.
