Restaurants in Banos

There is no shortage of restaurants in Baños. Most cater to budget travelers and international backpackers, and serve a range of Italian, Ecuadorean, Mexican, French, Chinese, Mediterranean, and vegetarian fare at reasonable prices. If you are feeling really adventurous, you can try the local specialty, cuy (roasted guinea pig), which is sold from stalls near the market.
