This is the one of the most spectacular restaurants on Barbados, if not in all of the Caribbean, with a low seacliff setting as remarkable as its impeccably prepared dishes and as vertiginous as its prices. Book ahead for a terrace table right along the railing so you can watch stingrays and the occasional sea turtle swim in the illuminated waters below. This is where honeymooners (and those back for big anniversaries) splash out for an evening of refined service and luxe cuisine like fois gras and chilcken parfait with a port glaze, parmesan crusted barracuda (freshly caught the day of service) and roasted duck breasts with morels and truffled onions. If you'd like to experience the place without paying the (full) price, come by for a cocktail. The top floor is a swank bar, lit with torches (like the rest of the restaurant), where patrons tipple while sitting in deep leather armchairs.
