Sol Soler
Sunny Plaça del Sol is one of the Gràcia neighborhood’s liveliest squares, where locals gather for drinks and tapas at its many terrace tables. One of the busiest is Sol Soler, an old-school classic known for its chicken wings (alitas de pollo) and home-made meatballs (albóndigas). Vegetarians are well catered for too. The truita de patates (potato omelet) and surprising vegetable lasagna, stuffed with eggplant, are excellent. The tiled, wood-beamed interior is a lovely place to hole up when the sun isn’t shining.
