People of color were very important to the whaling and cranberry industries on Cape Cod, as you’ll learn at this fascinating little museum in the former Zion Union Church, a historic African-American church. Displays include artwork and memorabilia reflecting the region’s African-American and Cape Verdean heritage, as well as a range of historic documents about well-known community leaders. There are revolving art shows and other exhibits about the African-American community.
