Río Colorado Lodge
Founded in 1972 by the legendary fisherman and conservation activist Archie Fields, this lodge has been catering to discerning anglers for more than 5 decades. The property is a rambling complex of wooden structures with spotless, if dated, rooms connected by a network of raised walkways. The lodge has distinct bar, lounge, and dining areas, where folks gather to tell tall fishing tales. The food and the fishing guides are top-notch. Current owner Dan Wise took over from Archie and is often on hand.
