Try the posta negra, a steak cooked in a viscous sauce made from Coca- Cola, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, cumin, and brown sugar. There are also plenty of exotic seafood combinations, including crab and queen conch, fresh fish of the day with tropical fruit and coconut milk, and a seafood stew with coconut rice. There’s live music on the weekend.
