Fon’s Kitchen

Chef Sarunya “Fon” Rock cut her teeth in kitchens in upscale Bangkok hotels before resettling in midcoast Maine, and her noodle bowls and rice dishes are takeout favorites around Belfast. Shame to order out, though, because the dining room, right downtown, is a lively hang, with a full bar and a nice wine list, and everything’s beautifully plated. If the lobster pad thai is on the special menu, don’t pass it up.
