Owned and operated by the Dodwell family since 1983, The Reefs Hotel and Club is one of Bermuda's most beloved resorts. In fact, the vast majority of its guests return to this Southampton favorite each year, a statistic that motivated the Bermudian family to build a wing of two- and three-bedroom Club Condos in 2010, 19 luxuriously-appointed living spaces that are available for fractional ownership and for rent to visitors looking for a spacious ocean view stay. Lavishly appointed and thoughtfully designed, these units are among the most luxurious in Bermuda, and feature granite-topped kitchens with stainless steel appliances, oversized bathrooms with stand-alone soaking tubs and rain showers, sprawling balconies with outdoor whirlpools, and amazingly, sliding floor-to-ceiling glass walls that instantly convert the indoor living room into an open-air space.

If the condos are beyond your budget, however, then consider a stay in the newly renovated rooms in the main hotel. Completely remodeled in 2012, its 65 rooms all have ocean views, contemporary furniture and flat-screen televisions. Cliffside rooms also boast brand-new bathrooms with handsome blue glass his-and-her sinks and glassed-in, stand-up showers. The hotel's secluded pink sand beach, with its craggy rock formations and ocean-penetrating coral boilerheads, is among the best in Bermuda. When you're hungry, head to one of the Reef's three on-site restaurants: Ocean Echo, a fine-dining restaurant with a stunning view of the Atlantic; Royston's, a family friendly spot serving burgers, pizza, and cuts of meat from the grill; and Coconuts, a casual beachside restaurant where you can hear the crashing waves from your table.
