Hardly a carbon copy of the lovingly worn-in Bailey's Bay original, but still every bit as excellent for lunch, dinner, or drinks, this bar and restaurant in Warwick Parish stays busy until close at 1am (food is served until 10pm). Sit on the large outdoor patio to enjoy iced pitchers of rum swizzle—a potent punch made with Gosling's Gold and Black Seal rums, pineapple and orange juices, a dash of Angustora bitters, and a local sweetener called falernum—strained into small, stemmed cocktail glasses, or choose from a selection of draft beers at its dark wood bar flanked by television screens.
