While this Front Street favorite may be popular for lunch and dinner—what with its extensive menu of contemporary Bermudian cuisine, gourmet burgers, and fresh seafood specials—it's also one of the island' most lively bars at night. Once an old whiskey warehouse, the Pickled Onion is now a modern and—most of the time—rollicking hotspot with an extensive cocktail list and locally brewed beers from the Dockyard Brewing Company on tap. On Tuesday nights, jam with local musicians and singers during Open Mic Night; on Wednesday and Thursday, dance to a live DJ; and on Friday and Saturday nights listen to Graffiti Park, a Canadian party band that covers Top 40 hits of yesterday and today. There's an outdoor balcony where you can sip drinks in view of Hamilton Harbour, and the kitchen stays open until 10pm.
