Arguably Bermuda’s best breakfast spot, Bouchee features a lengthy eggs benedict menu (including Norwegian style with smoked salmon; Portuguese style with chorizo, onions and potatoes; and the Homard, with lumps of Maine lobster) plus pancakes, Belgian waffles and whatever else you could possibly want before you set out on a day’s adventure. The restaurant is western edge of Front Street, not far from the Hamilton Princess Hotel and near a row of office buildings, meaning it also gets crowded for lunch, when local workers come for French classics like chicken cordon bleu, croque monsieurs and quiches of all kinds.
