Getting one of the four tables right on the beach here is a two-step operation. First, you’ll need to make a reservation. Then, plan to arrive at least half an hour before you’re due—tables on the sand are strictly first-come, first seated (you can’t request them in advance). All of this effort is worth it, though: you’ll be treated to a view so blissfully tropical it could serve as an ad campaign for Bermuda. And, yes, the breezes are quite lovely, too. Complimenting the eye candy vistas is a parade of flavorful dishes that make use of local products (Bermuda onions, local goat cheese) when possible. This is the more casual of the two restos at this resort, making it an excellent choice when you want fine dining, but without the pomp and dress code.
