This is one of the most prominent Italian restaurants in Bermuda, a staple that has been here as long as anyone can remember. An enduring specialty is its veal saltimbocca—thin cut veal chops with prosciutto, marsala wine and fresh Bermuda sage. Other popular dishes include sous vide octopus with tomatoes, olives, capers and basil and an array of fresh pastas (including an excellent seafood gnocchi with shrimp, mussels, scallops, clams and fresh local catch in a saffron cream). Its wine bar features one of the largest selections of wine in Bermuda, including several large format bottles, which is one of the reasons why you’ll see this restaurant brimming with well-dressed locals at the stroke of 5pm.
