About our rating systemAre we sending you here for spicy south-of-the-border cuisine? Yes and no. Most people go to Rosa’s for the fish sandwich—the restaurant took first prize in the Bermuda Tourism Authority’s Best Fish Sandwich Competition in 2015 (none have been held since). And we think its Mexican specialties, of which there are many, are also topnotch: burritos, chimichangas, quesadillas, tacos and more.
