Stained glass, floral wallpaper, wicker, and antiques are the order of the day at the dainty Manisses, with one of the best dining rooms on the island. Also on offer: after-dinner flaming coffees (alcohol-infused coffee set aflame) in the parlor, and a meadow full of emus, kangaroos, and a camel. The 1661 Inn, up the hill, is where guests of both properties partake in the huge champagne breakfast.
