It’s worth the short 1km (.5 mile) trip from the center of town to dine at this Michelin-starred restaurant and inn. It will be hard to choose from original dishes like lobster with Vouvray wine emulsion and seasonal vegetables, pigeon suprême with gnocchi of green peas and beans, or veal sweetbreads with spinach ravioli. Even more difficult will be selecting an accompanying bottle from an extensive wine list of over 300 labels. The inn also rents 10 elegant rooms; double rates are 79€ to 130€. Reservations are required.
