The Paragon has been a Blue Mountains institution since it opened for business in 1916. It’s worth stopping here—even if it’s just for morning or afternoon tea—to see the wonderful richly detailed Art Deco interior. As well as delicious food—try the homemade soups or light lunches (or a steak if you’re here for dinner on a Saturday night)—you may also come away with Paragon’s hand-made chocolates!
