The interior and patio of Central Cevicheria are decorated like a Caribbean house with colorful wood-panel walls and lots of plants, giving you a sense that you’re not at 2,600 meters above sea level. As the name suggests, ceviches (raw fish and seafood marinated in citrus) are the specialty. There are more than a dozen varieties, divided into spicy and non-spicy, as well as tartares and tiraditos (Japanese-Peruvian style). More straightforward grilled and fried options are also available.
