Jolie Rogers Raw Bar

Ryan Jolie and Andy Rogers grow oysters in nearby Edgecomb (though they serve varieties from throughout the region) and are (literal, competitive) oyster-shucking champions. The wine and (all Maine) draft list is great, and there are some lovely salads and snacks to complement the bivalves (I recommend the anchovy toast), but really, this simple waterfront room is where you come for a happy hour with some truly beautiful oysters. The patio’s where it’s at.
