The hardest working restaurant in Boquerón, wakes early with American style breakfast, moves into sandwiches and burgers for lunch, and then into Puerto Rican and continental classics for dinner. A waterfall runs down a large interior tiled wall of the restaurant, creating the illusion of stream running over rocks, and tropical printed table clothes cover the rattan tables. Try the mofongo, which uses yucca instead of plantain. The house specialty, Arroz Cascada, is fried rice with fresh seafood and is excellent. La Cascada is a meson gastronómico, which carries the Puerto Rico Tourism Company seal of approval.
