When it opened in 2012, this was the city’s first high-end cocktail lounge and it’s still the best, serving sophisticated mixed drinks in an elegant, dimly lit space replete with velvet seating and a towering chandelier. The menu favors classics like the daquiri and French 75, and the lengthy gin list features around 100 bottles—ideal for crafting a bespoke martini or gin and tonic. Its inventive seasonal cocktails are also a delight.
