Set on a nice, slightly chewy crust with just the right amount of char, toppings at Bath’s happening downtown hangout run the gamut from traditional (a great margherita) to elevated (duck and fig) to extremely Maine (yep, lobster, with carmelized onions, béchamel sauce, and asiago — it ain’t bad). Decent pasta dishes too. Come summer, the hot ticket is a table on the small, enclosed patio out back, where the wood-fired oven rages. A very at-a-barbecue-with-friends kind of scene.
