One of the best all-around steakhouses in Colombia, Mercagen has few gimmicks, just good cuts of beef grilled to order. Lomo fino is the prize cut, though there are also regional cuts like the sundried oreada and morilla, the hump of the Cebu cow. Goat, fish, and burgers are also on the menu. The first location opened in 1999, and there are now more than a dozen branches in the area, including most of the shopping centers in town.
