Those interested in medicine, pharmacy, or homeopathy will want to visit this tiny museum. However, even those without any special interest in those subjects are likely to appreciate the building, which is in the Castle District. In the mid-18th-century, this was Buda's first pharmacy, and it's set up with original furnishings, a replica of a fireplace and cooking area where the alchemist would have worked, antique ceramics, and pretty old bottles that once held potions and remedies. It won't take long to see this museum if you're already in the Castle. For more above medical developments, visit the Golden Eagle's sister museum, the Semmelweis Medical History Museum.
