Who would have thought food from the cool and distant lands of Scandinavia would be such a hit in BA? The food is light and authentic, which means there are plenty of lovely open-faced sandwiches featuring smoked fish, caviar, and eggs, and classic smorrebord that feature smoked salmon, pastrami, smoked cheese, langoustine, and more. Run by local superstar chef Germán Martitegui, the restaurant is a sight to see for its cool architecture alone (sky-high windows, sleek wooden paneled walls, and minimal decor), and has a Sunday brunch that is especially lovely if you can get a table in the garden terrace.  Perhaps, in the end, it's as much the selection of more than 60 types of vodka, available as shots or in cocktails, that explains the restaurant's success.
