In Acapulco, sophisticates don skimpy dresses and stilettos before gathering at midnight in that city's version of this glitzy dance club. Its Cabo sister is far less formal. Still, locals dress up before claiming a banquette and ordering bottles of Grey Goose, postponing their arrival until 11pm or later. Earlier in the night  tourists in T-shirts and cargo shorts dance and party beside the bar, where a multi-limbed Shiva statue oversees the action. Those in the know go for more sophisticated outfits and arrive stylishly late, vying for small tables beside the ever-more crowded dance floor. Purple and red lights flash and crystal chandeliers glitter as DJs spin a mix of house, rock, and even disco—whatever keeps the dance floor packed with a sea of bobbing bodies and pretty young things spinning around the stripper poles.
