When the taco craving hits hard, those in the know head to this modest taquería on the highway across from the immensely popular Walmart just outside Cabo San Lucas. Fish, chicken, and shrimp (fried or grilled), as well as various forms of grilled beef and pork, are piled with salsas and condiments inside fresh corn tortillas or pitas. Baked potatoes covered in cheese and rajas (roasted chilies with cream); flaky empanadas stuffed with meats, mushrooms or cheese; and sides of grilled onions, veggies, or corn on the cob are also on order at the crowded counter. Eat at the few tables outside or take your food to go and hit the beach.
