His exciting contemporary menu takes inspiration from the cuisines of North Africa, the Mediterranean, and the Middle East. You might find yourself dining on shrimp and scallops in Arak sauce with Kalamata olives, or lamb and veal “cigars” on a bed of sheep yogurt. If it’s on the menu, the local and dry-aged entrecote or the chimichurri glazed grilled octopus is over the top delish. Desserts are light and elegant; the wine list is excellent; and the view of the sunset over the sea is simply the cherry on top of the experience.
