Restaurants in Can Tho

Dining at the Victoria Hotel's Spices Restaurant comes at a price, but everything is good. In town, restaurants are along the riverside; most are just open-air storefronts serving good local cuisine and seafood.

Note: For good snacks to take on day trips, look for the Coop Mart (1 Hoa Binh Blvd., near the Can Tho Museum; tel. 0710/376-3586), an extensive supermarket, open daily 8am to 10pm.
