Comte Roger
One of the classiest restaurants in La Cité, Comte Roger features elegant French cuisine, a cool contemporary dining room, and an attractive garden, where meals are served on warm days. Chef Pierre Mesa offers up his own take on classic Languedoc cuisine, with dishes such as a delicate trout mousse in fennel cream, or roasted duck breast with honey polenta and a sauce made of Banyuls wine. The cassoulet is also excellent here.
