Chile's pioneer in organic and biodynamic wines also prides itself on service-oriented tastings. Like Veramonte, it's one of the few wineries in Chile where you can just pull over and visit during open hours, yet it's best to call ahead for the full, sit-down wine-tasting with cheese and fruit. Emiliana's main winery and cellar is located in Colchagua; the Casablanca vineyards are for white wine production, and here they have a contemporary, glass-and-wood tasting facility and wine shop surrounded by a grassy park. Groups of 10 or more can book a gourmet lunch for $38 (£25) per person (1-week advance reservation required). Emiliana's premium wine, Coyam, is the highest-rated assemblage in the country, and their recently released Gê is the country's only biodynamic icon wine. Basic hour-long tours with tastings are $13 (£8.70) per person for three wines. Reservations aren't required.
