Mgr-de-Lavel/Rte. 138, Baie-St-Paul (tel. 418/435-5692; www.fromagefin.com), is a fromagerie that makes Le Ciel de Charlevoix, an artisanal cheese that is a highlight of the region (and 2009 champion in the Grand prix des fromages Canadiens, or Canadian Cheese Grand Prix).
