Planning a trip to Chateaudun

Getting There -- Four to 15 Transbeauce buses (tel. 02-37-18-59-00) per day arrive from Chartres (trip time: 1 hr.), depending on the day of the week and the season. The one-way fare is about 7.40€. For schedules, call the station, Gare Routière, Chartres, at tel. 02-37-18-59-00. There are 5 trains per day, departing from Paris's Gare d'Austerlitz, charging around 19€ each way, and arriving 90 minutes later in Châteaudun. If you're driving from Paris, head southwest along A10 and exit at Phivars. Then take N10, following signs for Châteaudun.
