You’ll need a dictionary to understand the drink menu, but don’t let that stop you from ordering one of the house-made tonics, which are full of booze, pumped with carbonation, and served on tap at Billy Sunday, a speakeasy-style bar named for teetotaling evangelist Billy Sunday. Or stick with an Old Fashioned or other classic, prepared with a variety of beakers and tinctures and styles of ice (we counted four different types of cubes in as many drinks). Sit at the bar so you can watch the alchemy happen.
