It’s not easy to find a welcoming spot filled with regulars inside the Loop, where restaurants and bars often struggle to draw a nighttime crowd after workers go home. Miller’s has done just that—and kept its beer prices low—since it opened in 1935. It’s the closest thing you’ll find to a neighborhood pub in a neighborhood-free zone.
