You have to be in the know to find this hidden tiki bar. The actual address listed will take you to a more typical River North bar, called Bub City. Instead, head to the alley between Hubbard and Illinois streets. You’ll see a blue light cast on a brick building and a Three Dots and a Dash sign. Inside, down a dark, blue-lit, skull-lined stairway, is an exotic tiki bar, covered with a grass awning and filled with shrunken skulls and a perennially packed house. Each drink comes in some sort of unique vessel, like a coconut shell or tiki head, filled with fresh fruit and in-your-face-strong cocktails, like the bar’s namesake beverage, Three Dots and a Dash.
