Centrally located near the main square, Plaça d’es Born, the Patricia is a modern hotel built in the late 1980s to cater to leisure and business travelers alike. (It has good meeting rooms, so Spanish businesses often choose it for small “reward” junket meetings.) The decor is low-key and pleasant, and the rooms are spacious. During the 2014 renovation, the hotel installed all new hardwood floors, upgraded the modern furniture, and brought in new soft bedding and drapes in pale beige and taupe tones. It’s about a half-mile to the nearest beach.
