The Inn at Cocoa Beach

Despite having 50 units, this seaside inn has an intimate B&B ambience and is far and away the most romantic place in the area. In fact, it’s known as “the quiet place,” and is adults only. Owner Karen Simpler, a skilled interior decorator, has furnished each unit with an elegant mix of pine, tropical, and French-country pieces, including four poster beds in some units. Rooms in the three- and four-story buildings are much more spacious and have better sea views from their balconies than the “standard” units in the original two-story motel wing (all but six units here have balconies or patios). Other units open onto a courtyard with a pool tucked behind the dunes. Guests are treated to a full breakfast every morning from 7:30 to 10am and evening wine and cheese and delicious fresh baked cookies on weekends. There’s hot and iced tea and coffee available all day in the lobby There’s also an honor bar with snacks, a fitness center, and, resident parrots Tango and Tangee, who somehow remarkably manage to still maintain The Inn’s reputation as “the quiet place.”
