Just outside Cordes and set in its own park, this 19th-century mansion is a restaurant with rooms.Taken over by husband and wife team Léa and Joffrey Morgallet in 2023, you can sample Joffrey’s inventive cuisine in the pretty wood-paneled dining room with a baronial fireplace or in the shaded garden surrounded by tall trees. Top dishes include a starter of pissaladière-style tart with confit tomatoes, a main of pollack cooked in a thai bouillon with crisp vegetables and a dessert of poached pear with Roquefort cheese.
