A 10-minute drive from the Cliffs of Moher, this excellent pub specializes in top-notch seafood. If you’ve really worked up an appetite, or possibly have been locked in a room without food for a month, go straight for the gigantic platter of local seafood. Otherwise, try the plate of meltingly fresh crab claws with garlic butter, or just go for the traditional fish and chips. There are always a couple of meaty choices on the menu, too. At lunchtime you’ll find a few sandwiches and nibbles alongside the heartier options. Vaughan’s Anchor Inn is on the main street in Liscannor; look out for the long white building with the small parking lot on the right, not long after you round the bend and see the small town center ahead of you.
