The house was purposely built as a B&B, so the bedrooms are spacious and well-proportioned. One room is fully accessible for those with mobility problems. Family rooms cost about €10 to €20 extra. Public areas, including a large guest lounge, are tastefully decorated in color schemes of chocolate and cream, with polished wood floors. The breakfasts cooked by Phil are delicious. The only downside is that you’re a little far from the action, with central Kilkenny about a 15-minute walk away.
