There aren’t many restaurants in Keel, the main town on little Achill Island, but this place is a cheerful and reasonably inexpensive option. You might start with stir-fried squid with sweet chili, before moving on to duck in cranberry and red wine, or a simple steak with peppercorn sauce and fries. There’s always a wide selection of daily seafood specials, too. Lunches are simpler—salads, ciabatta sandwiches, crostini (grilled bread with assorted toppings), or even fish tacos.
